70岁以上老年人凭身份证或老年证，残疾人持有效《中华人民共和国残疾人证》、《中华人民共和国残疾军人证》(需到购票窗口换取纸质门票) ，缺乏自理能力者及身高1.2米以下儿童必须有持beplay官网体育注册门票的监护人陪同方可免费入园。
